Be part of the next phase of our national consumer campaign

We’re proud to promote MFAA Accredited Brokers through the next phase of our national consumer awareness campaign.

Running across major digital channels and supported by national PR, this targeted activity increases recognition of the MFAA accreditation and the professional standards that set you apart. It speaks directly to first home buyers, refinancers and investors, highlighting the value of working with an MFAA Accredited Broker at every stage of their property journey.

Importantly, this phase directs consumers to the enhanced Find a Broker website, where they can search and connect with MFAA members and access practical borrower tools, including the Home Loan Readiness Check, Australian Home Buying Schemes Explorer and repayment and refinancing calculators, helping them feel informed and prepared before reaching out to you.

How to get involved:

1. Be discovered on Find a Broker

Ensure prospective customers can find and connect with you through the enhanced MFAA Find a Broker platform.

Consumers can now:

  • Search by location
  • Filter by services and specialisations, including home loans, refinancing, property investment, vehicle finance and commercial lending
  • View detailed profiles with photos, videos, biographies, websites, social links, languages spoken and meeting preferences
  • Access borrower tools such as the Home Loan Readiness Check, Australian Home Buying Schemes Explorer and repayment and refinancing calculators

When a consumer selects your profile, they can click on one of your links or submit an enquiry that forwards their details to your email.

To maximise the benefit of the campaign, ensure your profile is complete, current and visible. Update your listing via the Member Portal and make sure you have opted in to appear on Find a Broker.

2. Showcase your MFAA member logo

Download your member logo and showcase it across your marketing and communications materials, including website, social media, email signature and brochures.

3. Download your campaign toolkit

Align your business with the MFAA consumer campaign by sharing the social assets on your channels and showcase your commitment to professional excellence.

Why should Australians choose an MFAA Accredited Mortgage Broker?

When Australians choose an MFAA Accredited Mortgage Broker, they’re choosing a qualified professional who operates to recognised industry standards and puts client outcomes first.

What this means in practice:

  • Strong foundations. MFAA has supported the mortgage and finance broking industry for more than 45 years, helping shape standards and regulations.

  • Higher entry standards. MFAA is the only association requiring a Diploma qualification as the minimum standard for membership.

  • Ongoing education. Members attest to 30 hours of CPD each year, strengthening their knowledge across lending, regulation and client service. Eligible brokers can also pursue the Mortgage Finance Professional Australia designation, a university-level qualification that recognises advanced capability and leadership in practice.

  • Accountable and recognised. MFAA works closely with government, regulators and lenders, representing the profession at the highest level.

  • Trusted credentials. MFAA accreditation signals professionalism, credibility and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • National reach. With over 16,000 members, MFAA brokers form Australia’s largest and most established broking network.

  • Focused on better outcomes. MFAA Accredited Brokers support competition, choice and informed decision making for Australians.
